Gloucestershire secured their place at the Twenty20 Finals Day as they beat Worcestershire Royals by seven-wickets on Tuesday.
Kadeer Ali top-scored with 39 for the Gladiators in a rain-hit innings, chasing a revised target of 129 from 17 overs under the Duckworth Lewis system, Gloucestershire eased to victory with 17 balls to spare.
Nottinghamshire's match against Kent at Trent Bridge had to be postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
At the request of both teams, the ECB took the unprecedented step of postponing the match until Wednesday 18th July.
Groundstaff battled against the elements but as it passed 8.10pm (the latest start for a five overs a-side - the minimum required to constitute a match. Neither team wanted a ball-out so the match was postponed.
Nottingham Outlaws will be looking to go better than last year's runner-up spot whilst Kent are enjoying their best run in the tournament to date.
