FA Cup

Back to Football

The most prestigious cup event on the UK footballing calendar is currently very much in it's early stages, with a record 731 teams looking to book their place in the First Round Qualifying. The 2006-2007 FA Cup saw late drama as Chelsea claimed the cup with a hard-fought win over Manchester United with an injury-time winner, scored by Didier Drogba.

As a result of the draw, Chelsea have been installed as favorites at 9/4 to win the FA Cup, with Manchester United around 11/4, Liverpool at 3/1, and Arsenal now back 11/2. Unsurprisingly the FA Cup betting with the big four is short – with a price of 1/6 for one of the big four to win the cup, 7/2 for any other club.
