I have used Betfred a few times but was very dis-satisfied with their performance at the 2007 Cheltenham festival when the site became very slow and then unusable on a number of occassions. When this has happened at other sites they have offered compensation by way of a free bet (notably Paddy Power) but Betfred did not even apologise for their poor service.
