Hells Kitchen betting problems spook Bodog
8th Jun 2007Bodog, one of the webs largets online betting companies has stopped taking bets on the television programme Hells Kitchen following a spurt of abnormal bets.
Bodog was forced to withdraw under similar circumstance following the hit TV show Survivor when it emerged that insiders were using their knowledge to place bets.
Hell's Kitchen is a cooking show fronted by top chef Gordon Ramsey. One chef is eliminated every week. Because the show has been pre recorded information about successful players has been leaked and a large number of bets have been placed on contestant 'Rock'. Investigations linked the betting trend to a number of employees from the television network responsible for the show.
