Will Manchester Untied complete the Quadruple?

17th February, 2009

Manchester United fans are extremely happy at the way the season is going this year, and rightly so too, as their team is on track for an unprecedented quadruple title haul.

Not only is Manchester United currently top of the Premiership league table with a game in hand, they are also through to the quarterfinals of the FA Cup and in the final of the Carling Cup. Manchester United is also a strong contender for the Champions League title.

Bookies clearly believe that Manchester United will win the Premiership title, with Ladbrokes, Coral, Totesport and William Hill all putting them at 1/5 favourites. Bet365 believe they also have a strong chance of doing the double giving them odds of 4/6 on.

Paddy Power and Stan James think that it is highly likely (with odds of 3/1) that United will win all three national competitions, the Premiership, FA Cup and Carling Cup.

Fans will be hoping that United make history by not only winning the Premiership, FA Cup and Carling Cup, but also, by winning the Champions League as well.

Both Paddy Power and Bet 365 have put odds on the likelihood of United winning all four titles at 14/1 and 16/1 respectively.
