Wilkinson Out For England

England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson has twisted his ankle in training on Tuesday, ruling him out of England's opening Rugby World Cup game with the United States.
England head coasch Brian Ashton admitted concern over the injury, which may also leave him on the sidelines for England's Group A crunch match against South Africa five days later.
