Prince William And kate Middleton Are Engaged!

Is an engagement imminent within the royal family? Odds suggest that Prince William could be tieing the not with long term girlfriend Kate Middleton this year!
According to Diana Princess of Wales biographer, Tina Brown, the couple could announce their engagement as soon as June 2010! She claims on her websites that, "A high-placed source in royal circles tells me that two days in June have been mysteriously blocked out on the palace diaries—June 3 and 4. They suggest this is a likely date for the engagement announcement at last of the 27-year-old Prince William and his patient squeeze, 28-year-old Kate Middleton. If so, a wedding itself would probably follow in November."
If the wedding does happen this year, it’ll be in the same month that the Queen and Prince Phillip got married; a June engagement will give the country time to get over the general election results. Tina Brown continued that the wedding would, "come neatly after William's Royal Air Force career transitions in January 2011, when he leaves the RAF helicopter school at Shawbury and becomes an operational pilot ready for a three-year search-and-rescue tour of duty."
Tina predicts that William and Kate will avoid St Paul’s Cathedral as their wedding venue as that’s where Diana and Prince Charles were wed. Instead it has been tipped that St. Georges Chapel in Windsor Castle or Westminster Abbey could host the event. However Clarence house declined to make any comment.
Betfair is taking bets on who will be the first prince to get engaged. William is backed at 101/100 whilst Harry is prices at 21/2 with odds available of 18/25 that neither of the Princes will become engaged.
