Paddy Power Pay Out Early On Dancing On Ice Winner
26th March, 2010
You can never guarantee a dead cert however; Paddy Power begs to differ when referring to the 2010 Dancing on Ice finals!
The online bookmakers have made a rather bold decision to pay out to those that backed Hayley Tamaddon to be crowned as ice Queen a full two days before the final is to take place on Sunday. This news means a very nice €20,000 payday to those that backed the actress at varying odds from 5/1 to 1/8 to win the series.
It’d not a huge surprise that the Irish bookmaker chose to pay out for Hayley. Right from the beginning she has impressed judges with her slick performances quickly making her the one to beat.
Hayley’s Bollywood style routine during the week nine show scored her a perfect 30 points at odds of 1/8. It is looking rather unlikely that fellow finalists Gary Lucy and Kieron Richardson would have a chance of winning.
Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power warned: “Hayley is such a red-hot favourite that betting on the show has actually died down! We can’t see anyone beating Hayley – she really is the ice-queen so we’re happy to give the punters their money early in time for the weekend!”
However if you would like a punt here are the odds:
Who will win Dancing On Ice?
1/8 Hayley Tamaddon 8/1 Gary Lucy 8/1 Kieron Richardson

4/5 Gary Lucy 10/11 Kieron Richardson
