Online betting odds reveal that Harry Redknapp is now favourite to be the next manager sacked
8th October, 2009
We recently released odds on which football manager looked set to be sacked next and it seems that bookies have rapidly changed their odds.
Harry Redknapp, the manager of Tottenham was once backed at 50/1 to be next to go, but bookies have now slashed his odds down to evens that he will leave. The best available price at the moment is with Paddy Power who has priced him at 2/1.
If the rumours prove to be untrue and everything settles down and Redknapp remains with Tottenham then bookies put Paul Hart and Phil Brown at joint second favourites priced at 3/1.
Sir Alex Ferguson looks set to be the safest manager in the Premiership with odds as long as 66/1 for him to go with Paddy Power.
