Online betting odds for Lewis Hamilton
20th August, 2009
Sky Bet has got lots of great odds available for the practice session ahead of this weekend’s Grand Prix and Lewis Hamilton is favourite to race his way to the front.
It seems that 2009 has not been McLaren’s year, but it looks as though this is all about to change. With McLaren finishing all of the practice sessions first in the last European Grand Prix, it seems likely that Hamilton will do this same this weekend and is backed at 5/2 to gain another victory. Sky Bet are backing him at 8/13 to land himself a place on the podium and are backing him at 8/1 for a race ‘hat-trick’.
A spokesperson from Sky Bet explained, “This is the first time since last season that Lewis Hamilton has been favourite to win a Grand Prix but he was imperious in Hungary and will be the man Red Bull need to beat if they want to chip away further at Brawn's Championship advantage.”
McLaren are still in with a chance and following a slow start they are competing once again at the front of the grid and are backed at 15/8 to be the winning team in Valencia.
