NFL: Pats go 9-0

5th November, 2007

Tom Brady was the star man in Indianapolis as he threw two touchdown passes in the final eight minutes of the game to secure victory for the New England Patriots. They are now 9-0, the only unbeaten team in the NFL, and spoil the Colts' record, which is now 7-1.

The Colts looked to be cuising to victory after Peyton Manning got a touchdown, running in from the one-yard-line, after his 73-yard touchdown pass to the on-form running-back Joseph Addai in the closing stages of the first half. The Patriots found themselves 20-10 down with time running out before Brady threw to Wes Welker and Kevin Faulk to put the visitors ahead.
