Grand Slam Sunday Preview
Table toppers Arsenal welcome host Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium, whilst Liverpool welcome champions Manchester United to Anfield, in what has been billed as ‘Grand Slam Sunday’.
After recent slip-ups the Gunners are only three points ahead of their London rivals, with last years champions sitting only a point behind. For the London derby game, the pre-match talk has focused on who is not going to be playing, with the likes of Didier Drogba and Cesc Fabregas both out. Chelsea will also be without Michael Essien due to suspention, and Arnseal are still doubtful over the fitness of Robin van Persie, Mathieu Flamini and Alexander Hleb.
Manchester United have no such problems with injuries, with John O'Shea (abductor strain) the only minor doubt. Daniel Agger and Steve Finnan are both likely to be out for Liverpool, with Xabi Alonso set to return to action after two months out.
