The Six Nations reaches its thrilling conclusion this week, with Wales facing France being the crunch match. If Wales get their win at home, they will claim a second Grand Slam in four seasons. However France will be doing their best to upset the home side, as a win by 20 points or more will see them claim the RBS Six Nations title.

England v Ireland is the least important game of the three, but it will be no less feircly fought. With England wanting to make up for some disappointing displays, and Ireland looking to get one over on the old rivals.
