Final Weekend RBS Six Nations Preview
14th March, 2008
The Six Nations reaches its thrilling conclusion this week, with Wales facing France being the crunch match. If Wales get their win at home, they will claim a second Grand Slam in four seasons. However France will be doing their best to upset the home side, as a win by 20 points or more will see them claim the RBS Six Nations title.
Sporting Bet are offering the best odds on Wales at 8/11 according to our odds comparison service, whilst France will be popular at 3/2 with a number of bookies.
Scotland face Italy in the battle to avoid the wooden spoon, with the odds very close. Italy remain slim favourites at best odds of 10/11 with Boylesports. Scotland can be grabbed at 5/4 with Sporting Bet.
England v Ireland is the least important game of the three, but it will be no less feircly fought. With England wanting to make up for some disappointing displays, and Ireland looking to get one over on the old rivals. England are big favorites to win the game at 4/9 with Bet 365, whilst Ireland are generally 7/4 with most bookmakers.
