Paul Nicholls is the favourite to be the Cheltenham festival Top Trainer 2010 which comes as no surprise as he is training three of the week’s so called ‘bankers’: Master minded, big bucks and Kauto Star who is seeking the Cheltenham Gold Cup hat trick.
Paul Nicholls is odds on favourite with Bet365 as he has many other strong runners at the festival.
However, Nicky Henderson is also in the running being the most successful trainer in the history of Cheltenham. He is backed at 9/2 with Paddy Power
Other respected trainers at the Cheltenham festival include Irish trainer Willie Mullins who is backed at 10/1 with Paddy Power or 6/1 for the same bet with Bet365.
