Chelsea set to win their next 3 games

31st December, 2009

Chelsea’s star striker Didier Drogba has joined with the Ivory Coast and after his last performance with Chelsea against Fulham which saw them win 2-1, fans and bookies alike are concerned on how the blues will cope without their best performing striker.

Online bookies Sky Bet are offering 11/10 that Chelsea will win all three league matches against Hull, Sunderland and Birmingham without Drogba and a price of 500/1 says that Chelsea will be unable to steal a win in their next 3 games.

Manager Carlos Ancelotti has highlighted the fact that he will not be spending a lot of money in the January transfer window and Sky Bet are offering 5/6 that he does not spend more than two £5million in signings.

Football betting expert Helen Jacob explained, “Chelsea managed well without Drogba in the Champions League but with Kalou joining him in Angola, Ancelotti will have to put his faith in rookies like Daniel Sturridge as pressure mounts on the league leaders.”

Chelsea currently lead the table and are 7/2 to win this season by 4-6 points. For more betting odds please visit Sky Bet and if you sign up today you can get your hands on a FREE £10 bet!
