Betting odds for the X-factor say that Danyl Johnson is favourite to win

Although this year’s X-factor has only just got under way and we have not even reached boot camp yet, Paddy Power are still throwing out the odds and its seems that they put Danyl Johnson from the first week as favourite.
We are approaching week 3 this Saturday and it seems that the only thing that is going to change the odds is if one contender we haven’t seen yet can shock us more than the rest with their talent, but they have some hard acts to follow!
It seems that the deciding factor that is keeping Johnson as favourite with odds of 3/1 with Stan James is Simon Cowell’s opinion on the soon to be star, explaining that his audition was ‘the best first audition he had ever seen’, now if you need anything to help decide who the favourite is, that is the kind of evidence you want!!
Another name that everyone is talking about is Jamie Archer who sung “Sex on Fire” by Kings of Leon and blew the audience away! Despite him not being as popular as Johnson his odds have been shortened from 14/1 at the beginning of the week to 7/1 with Coral. Other acts that are in with a chance of surviving boot camp are Stacey Soloman at 8/1 and Joe McElderry at 14/1.
The groups this year seem to be taking after JLS, all proving to be very good, so good that we could be seeing our first band win the X-Factor!
