Bahrain Grand Prix Online Betting
24th April, 2009
This Sunday will see the fourth race of the World Grand Prix season take place in Bahrain. The hot and dry climate of the Middle Eastern country could make conditions difficult for drivers.
Last weekend saw Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber take first and second, with championship leader Jenson Button having to settle for third. This has promoted bookies to change their odds on this week’s race.
After tropical showers in both the Malaysian and Chinese GP’s, drivers are likely to experience more traction and higher speeds in this weekend’s race.
While the long straights and tight corners are likely to favour Brawn GP’s car with its Double Decker Diffuser, others like Red Bull and McLaren will still fancy their chances.
Bookies still make Jenson Button favourite to win, although both Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton have had their odds shortened, after impressive runs in Shanghai.
Bet 365 odds
Jenson Button 7/4
Sebastian Vettel 11/2
Ruben Barrichello 6/1
Lewis Hamilton 8/1
Fernando Alonso 12/1
Mark Webber 14/1
My Tip:
Sebastian Vettel 1st Jenson Button 2nd Lewis Hamilton 3rd
